With the ability to form wires at a rate of 100pcs/min at 100mm length our incredible wire cutting capabilities are more than enough to meet our customers’ needs.
To meet demand from customers we decided to upgrade our current wire cutting and stripping machine to the latest ZDBX series, another new addition to our growing list of specialised equipment.
With the ability to form wires at a rate of 100pcs/min at 100mm length, its capabilities are more than enough to meet our customers’ needs. The ZDBX-2 can cut and strip wires from sizes: AWG #12-30 (0.05-3.33mm²).
If needed, a customer could come to us with the sole purpose of having us form wires at varying length or cut wires for crimping or for use on looms. A Squared can offer any of these services.
