Back in April this year A Squared Technologies invested in a brand new Wire Cutting machine to help with one of the many services that we provide, that of creating Looms.
We can provide a variety of looms to suit the needs of the customer, either to be provided on their own or as part of a unit that we can assemble.
When a customer comes to us we will discuss what exactly it is they require. The first step will be to decide what type of wire/cable they think will be most appropriate; this includes but is not limited to such things as:
- Single Core Wire
- Multi Core Cable
- Ribbon Cable
- Network & Communications Cables
- Power Cable
- Audio/Video Cables
Cutting, stripping and crimping the specified wires or cables ready to either be sent to the customer as they are or assembled further, we can attach glands and grommets where required also. Having access to a huge variety of crimps and connectors on a regular basis there are many options that can be applied to suit the needs of the customer.
We also do Wire Harnessing to shape and fix the wires together ready to be applied to a unit by connectors or hand-soldered directly to a PCB.
There are options to produce low, medium and high volume batch runs to meet the demands of the customer.
